Nepali Public Relations Committee, America [Nepali Janasamparka Samiti, America] is an non-profit organization registered in the state of Texas in the United States of America. It was established with the mission of institutionalizing democratic values and principles in Nepal. NPRCA aims:

  • to advocate for democracy and people's sovereignty in Nepal,
  • to support Nepali Congress, the oldest democratic party in Nepal, in its political objectives of  democratic socialism. 
  • to promote peace and harmony,
  • to campaign for indigenous, human and gender rights,
  • to support humanitarian activities,
  • to offer research about B P Koirala’s vision and contribution in relation to socioeconomic development and policy,
  • to establish and promote people to people contact, cooperation and mutual understanding between the US, and Nepalese immigrants, and
  • to promote cultural exchange between Nepal and the United States.
Nepali Public Relations Committee, America have friendly and cooperative relation with other organizations around the globe who share similar goals. NPRCA maintains a public relation status with the Nepali Congress Party. This organization functions in accordance to its bylaws. It functions according to the law of land in case of discrepancy with government laws.
Nepali Public Relations Committee, America have many local chapters. Membership to this organization is open to all who subscribe and adhere to the principles of this organization, who committed to democratic values, who are willing to support for the betterment of Nepal, and who have not committed any crimes, felony charges, and involved in any unlawful activities.
The first convention of Nepali Public Relations Committee, America was held in Hartford, Connecticut in September 2, 2007.
